MVP nominations are a part of the service excellence initiative meant to recognize and reward employees who show excellence in carrying out their day to day activities in their jobs and those who go "above and beyond". An MVP nomination can start with a fellow employee or member of the public.
Remember, share positive reinforcement as soon as possible!
Just fill out the Nomination form and send to the employee(s), HR and the supervisor.
From the nominations in a quarter, three will be chosen as Quarterly MVPs. they'll receive a polo shirt and be recognized at City Council.
From the Quarterly MVPs, one will be selected as MVP of the Year and receive $500.
The Service Excellence Design Team reviews/discusses the MVP nominations. There is no limit to the number of nominations.
