All extensions of the City's water and sewer system are governed by the Policy and Procedures for the Extension of Water and Sewer Utilities, Sec. 52-97 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Hendersonville.
The City's Utility Assessment Policy provides an organized and coordinated method for area residents to petition the City to receive public sewer and/or water service.
