Hearth and Herron, opened July 2025

Nestled in a lovingly restored 1933 Pure Oil building in Hendersonville, NC, Hearth and Herron is the debut solo venture from Chef Bradley Herron—a neighborhood restaurant rooted in warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for seasonal, local ingredients. Anchored by a wood-burning oven and inspired by years spent in acclaimed kitchens across the country, the space brings together rustic technique and modern nuance, creating food that feels both elevated and familiar. Claywood

At Claywood, we are rooted in a philosophy that celebrates ingredient integrity, regional traditions, and experiential dining. Chef Tory leads our team with a focus on whole animal butchery, sustainable partnerships with local farms and foragers, and menus that shift with the mountain seasons—highlighting ramps, mushrooms, heirloom grains, and native herbs. Our goal is not just to serve food, but to tell a story with every dish. One that reflects our place, our people, and our purpose. Building History: built 1920 REID 108916 PIN # 9568-89-5567

Available Kitchen at Oklawaha Brewing

Sunflower Kitchen has wrapped up their time with us—big thanks to their team for holding it down in the taproom and serving up some truly great food. Now, the kitchen window is open—literally—and we’re looking for our next food partner. We’ve got a built-in crowd, live music seven nights a week, and seasonal festivals that pack the block. Whether it’s wood-fired pizza, smoked meats, creative sandwiches, or something completely unexpected, we’re ready to bring something new to downtown Hendersonville.
