RFP for Development Opportunity for Downtown Hotel
The City of Hendersonville, NC ("City") is seeking proposal statements from experienced development teams to present conceptual plans for the redevelopment of the Dogwood Parking Lot site, described in the attached Request for Proposals. The following schedule will be utilized.
