Petition and Assessment Projects 

Area residents who do not have direct access to water and/or sewer can petition the City to receive service through Petition and Assessment Projects in accordance with utility policy. These types of projects are for property owners with existing residences on septic systems and/or drinking water wells.

Petition and assessment projects are property owner-driven. Projects do not move forward until 66% or more of the property owners in the area have petitioned the City to receive water and/or sewer service.
