Mountain Creative Arts Counseling offers trauma-informed individual counseling, anxiety support groups, Somatic Experiencing®, and art therapy to support you through your wellness journey. Kara Ashley-Gilmore, LCMHC, ATR-BC, SEP, specializes in helping people heal from inter-generational trauma and cope with stress & anxiety. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Registered & Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. She also uses CBT and mindfulness practices to help you build skills for coping with the stressful events that are happening now, as well as to heal from things that have happened in the past.
